Pregnant? Each meeting will provide information regarding: What is a Doula? How can a Doula assist you during your birth process? Comfort measure suggestions for labor and birth. Breast feeding education and support. Parenting skills. Private childbirth education options are available.


Certified Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Parent Educator and Nutritional Counselor will be on hand to provide support and answer any questions you may have.


Feel free to invite your support person, family members or friends.
