We provide childbirth education and preparation, birth assistance, and postpartum support.

• Two prenatal visits to practice breathing, relaxation techniques and positions for labor.
• Assistance in researching and writing a personalized Birth Plan.
• Support for birth companions that focuses on nurturing and caring .
• Early labor support.
• Create an environment where mother and baby can labor comfortably and effectively.
• Continuous support during labor.
• Facilitate initial breastfeeding as soon as possible after birth.
• One postpartum visit.
• On call availability from the 38th week to birth.
• Face-to-face and/or phone support for postpartum, breastfeeding and parenting issues.
